An academic and residential precinct along Highland Avenue
in the south-central campus. Proposed projects include the Health
and Wellness Commons, residence halls, academic facilities, student
services, and retail space along Sixth Street.
A multi-phased sciences complex that will house Federal units
such as the National Weather Service and US Geological Survey
along with related University instructional and research programs.
